can you have conversation between 2 people with a go pro with accessories

There's not a way to do that directly using the HERO10 Black. It may be possible if both people were live streaming and watching the other person's live stream simultaneously, but that would be a very unusual/custom set-up.

There is not an HDMI port on the HERO8 Black itself, but you can connect the HERO8 to the GoPro Media Mod, which does offer an HDMI port.

Yes, the Auto Upload feature can be turned off from the Preferences menu on the HERO10 Black. And yes, the HERO10 Black can shoot videos, take photos, and shoot time lapses.

Will it fit over the protective case?

The Floaty is designed to fit snugly onto the HERO10 Black of the HERO9 Black itself. If the protective housing is installed on the camera, it will not fit into the Floaty. In these scenarios, you'll want to look at other flotation support such as the Handler.

GoPro does make a replacement lens protector for the HERO9 Black, but does not make a tempered glass add-on protector for that model.

Can images be downloaded from the cloud to computer instead of phone?

Yes. Once your content is uploaded to your cloud account, you can download it to your computer by logging into your account on the GoPro site by going into your Media Library. You'll have a download option for any photo or video in the library.

Can the GOPro 10 be used as a forward facing offroad camera attached to the grill of a Jeep Wrangler. It would have to be live streamed as this would be used as needed when the terrain doesn't allow for a good view of the trail. Usually up steep hills.

The HERO10 Black can be mounted in a variety of ways on a Jeep. Some common methods for mounting are with a tube mount or an adhesive mount, but there are many options. The HERO10 Black can livestream, but it does require that the camera be paired to a smartphone using the GoPro Quik app, and it requires a connection to a wifi-network or mobile hotspot in order for the livestream to be sent out.

Just for clarity, the Max Lens Mod itself does not record. It is a lens attachment you can use on the HERO9 or HERO10 cameras. Your recording time will depend on the size of the SD card you use and which settings/resolution you choose in the camera.
