Is this battery and charger compatible with my GoPro HERO7 Silver.

The HERO7 Silver has an internal battery, so this charger and battery would not help with that specific model. It would work with the HERO7 Black through.

Can the display be used underwater while attached?

No. The Display Mod and the Media Mod are not designed to go underwater, and when the GoPro camera is attached to the Media Mod and Display Mod, the camera is not waterproof either since those connections are not sealed watertight.

Would this work to do a live demonstration fed to a large TV or projector? Would I need other cords, adapters, etc.? I do not need to record for the demos, but would still use it other times for recording(obviously it does this).

To get the video feed onto a monitor or other type of screen, you'd need to use the Media Mod for the HERO10 Black. The Media Mod has an HDMI out port. With that, you can connect a micro HDMI cable that you can then connect into your monitor or system.

The Floaty is designed to carry the weight of the GoPro itself. Any other attachments would likely exceed what it can float.

Would it be best to buy the protective case for put on a motorcycle.

If you're concerned about objects like rocks or other elements kicking up and hitting the GoPro, then the protective housing is great option.
