Is the GoPro 10 waterproof?
Yes, the HERO10 Black is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet. If you plan to go deeper than that, there is a separate housing available for those deeper dives.

The largest card we currently recommend for the HERO10 Black is 512GB.

I purchased this and the charging indicator lights are not lighting up I have a wall adapter that does work any ideas why?

If you're asking what's included with the MAX, it includes the GoPro MAX camera, a rechargeable battery, a camera case, a curved adhesive mount, two protective lenses, two lens caps, a microfiber bag, a mounting buckle, a USB-C cable, and a thumb screw. If you want to know what accessories will work with the GoPro MAX, since the MAX uses GoPro's standard mounting system, most GoPro accessories will work with the MAX.

Why it doesn't say anywhere in the product that it's required a quick clip to be purchased separately in order to mount your camera?
The Handler uses GoPro's standard mounting system, so any GoPro mounting buckle will work with it. A mounting buckle is included with all GoPro cameras already, so an additional one is not included with the Handler.

I have a Go Pro 7. Do I need a protective case for shooting pictures and video in the pool and for my trip to San Diego for recording wave runners and swimming in the ocean.
A separate housing is not needed for the HERO7 cameras unless you plan to go deeper than 33 feet. If you are going to be in the ocean though, you might want to get the GoPro Handler or some other floatation add-on just to make sure you don't accidentally drop and lose your GoPro though.

Would this camera be good for underwater photography? I am a scuba diver, and would like to have something that’s easy to use. I realize that it would need some type of underwater case.
Yes, GoPro cameras are great for underwater photography. You can use it on its own, or you can get filters to use with the camera to improve the color of your shots too. The HERO10 Black is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet. If you dive deeper than that, you would need to get the protective housing for it.
