All of the articles I have read and videos I have watched regarding the Hoover Smartwash +, speak of pushing the machine forward to wash and pulling the machine to dry, or extract water. When and how does it rinse the shampoo from your carpet?

I would like to know where I can get the o-rings that go around the spray nozzle assembly in the accessory hose. There are 3 of them and they are clear and very soft. They must be the exact size or nozzle spray won't work correctly.
