I’m trying to find a Hoover self propelled wind tunnel, upright, bagless vacuum cleaner. The description states wind tunnel, is wind tunnel the same as self propelled? Which Hoover or other brand is a self propelled bagless vacuum cleaner?

Does this have a brushroll shutoff feature? I want to use this on my luxury vinyl. The care instructions say to not use a brush roll. So looking for one where the brush roll can be turned off when using vacuum.
