does it work on most trucks mini refrigerators ?

The Koolatron AC power adapter will operate any 12 volt product that draws less than 5 amps. So it would depend what output amperage the cooler or fridge draws.

It all depends on the ambient temperature. The P65 cools approximately 40 degrees Fahrenheit or 22 degrees Celsius below the ambient temperature.

This is very dependent upon conditions. Koolatron coolers are extremely well insulated and will provide many hours of cool protection, even when switched off. Try to keep the cooler in the shade. Instead of leaving the cooler in a vehicle overnight, use an AC adapter which converts standard 110 Volt AC power to 12 volts DC, and plug the cooler into mains power when not driving.

Should I put an ice bag into the box to get it cooled? it is not cooling Simply plugging to 12v outlet it just turns on the fan. I don't think the fan can keep cool inside the Koolatron. Now I realize why the name is Koolatron but not Coolatron.

The cooler is electric so you should not get the electronics wet or they will be damaged. You may use ice packs or ice in a sealed container or bag. The P65 Kargo Kooler cools 40 degrees F (22 degrees C) below the ambient temperature. The P65 cooler has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to the owner's manual for warranty information and the operation information. If you require further assistance please contact Koolatron customer service.

Yes, it will drain the battery. When your vehicle is running and the electrical system is operating properly, your cooler will operate continuously without discharging the battery.When the battery is not being charged, the cooler should not be operated for more than 4
hours.

Optional AC adapter (not included) lets you plug the cooler into most 110V AC household outlets for expansive powering options." The P25 cooler comes with a 12v power cord to plug the cooler into 12 volts in a vehicle. The AC power adapter is an optional accessory.

Hi - I purchased this wine cooler and it is no longer chilling in both the top and bottom at the right temperatures. Even though I set them low - they booth keep temperatures of around 69 and 67 degrees. There is plenty air flow. Is there a part to fix?
