Why does my TV make an occasional cracking sound? This is my second Samsung with the same cracking or snapping sound.
A light popping or clicking sound may occasionally be heard due to the natural expansion and contraction of the TV’s outer casing as it warms up or cools down. Please know that this is not a defect and does not indicate a malfunction. It’s a normal part of the TV’s operation, and your TV remains completely safe to use.

Extra-large capacity 4-Door French Door Refrigerator; a revolution in convenience and design, the concealed Beverage Center features both a water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher. Plus a Dual Ice Maker with cubed ice and Ice Bites.
My fridge won't get cold and freezer doesn't work. Brand New. I dont know if its in demo mode or what but I set the temp and still not working. Please help if you know how to take it out of demo mode. Do I simply un plug it and then plug it back up?

Based on your description, the refrigerator is most likely in Demo Mode (also called Cooling Off or Shop Mode). In this mode, the lights and display work, but the refrigerator and freezer will not cool.
Please note that simply unplugging and plugging the refrigerator back in will not turn off Demo Mode on this model. To disable it, a specific button combination is required.

Washer and dryer pair I purchased both have a QR code on top front right corner which book says I should be able to connect to SmartThings app. When I scan the codes it says each appliance isn’t supported. How do I find out full features?

SmartThings allows compatible appliances to connect to Wi Fi and be monitored or controlled through the SmartThings app. This dryer is not equipped with SmartThings capabilities and does not support remote connectivity or control.
What the dryer does include is Smart Care. Smart Care is a built-in diagnostic feature that helps identify error codes or performance alerts. Using the Samsung Smart Washer Dryer app, you can scan the dryer’s display to receive guidance on what the code means and what steps to take next. It’s designed to provide quick support information rather than smart home integration.
While SmartThings is not available on this model, Smart Care is fully supported and offers helpful insight when the dryer needs attention.
