Hello there! If your HW-S50B remote isn’t adjusting the volume, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure the remote is paired by holding the Return and the Play/Pause buttons for about 5 seconds while pointing it toward the soundbar. Also, check that nothing is blocking the front of the soundbar, since the volume controls use IR. If you’re using your TV’s remote instead, be sure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is turned on so the TV can control the volume. Lastly, double-check the batteries and make sure the soundbar is not muted.
