Is the hdmi that comes with the monitor capable of doing 165hz? Because my laptop only have a hdmi port not a dp port.

Thank you for your question! HDMI is unable to support 165hz. The maximum refresh rate for HDMI is 144hz, DP 165hz.

I have a MacBook Pro and sometimes the monitor connects and sometimes it does not. I am using an HDMI connection I have tried multiple ways to connect. It is frustrating. Any suggestions ?

How is the sound on this TV? I have a large, high ceiling room and I would prefer not to spend money on a sound bar.

Will the monitor wake up if If I move the mouse around. Or are we required to use the remote to wake up the tv?

Thank you for your question! The monitor will awake when the PC wakes. However, if the monitor is turned off using a remote, it will go into 'off mode', requiring a remote to wake it up.
