I have an older Toshiba TV (37AV502U). It doesn't have an optical input. Would I be able to use this soundbar with that tv?

The HW-A430 Soundbar can connect using Digital Optical or Bluetooth. If your TV does not offer either of these inputs, I would suggest checking with your local Best Buy if there is a red/white analog to Digital Optical Cable adapter.

Is this soundbar compatible with the Samsung TU7000 70” TV?

The HW-B550 Soundbar is compatible with the 70TU7000 Samsung TV. You can use either Bluetooth, Digital Optical, or HDMI.
We do recommend HDMI as this does offer the best audio and user experience available.

No display on face of sound bar , it was on top. Samsung logo was upside down and control panels were from right to left. Why? Also would not connect sounder an subwoofer.

I have a samsung 5 series tizen tv. I double checked to see if this sound bar would work with my TV remote but im finding no instruction to make that happen. Can I get a link for instruction?

The HW-A430 Soundbar can absolutely be controlled using a Samsung TV remote, you might need to enable the feature on your soundbar. Follow the below instructions on how to set this up.
Use the TV remote to navigate to Settings, select Sound, and then select Sound Output on your Samsung TV.
Select your Samsung soundbar, and then select Close. Now you can use your TV remote to adjust the volume and mute the soundbar. The soundbar should also turn on and off with the TV.
If this doesn't allow for the TV remote to control your soundbar, try these steps below.
Turn Off the Soundbar.
Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “OFF-TV REMOTE” (Default mode), “SAMSUNG-TV REMOTE”, “ALL-TV REMOTE”.
After following these directions you will be able to use the TV remote to control your soundbar.

I bought this, there's 10 answers here that say it will work with a Samsung TV remote to control volume. Andwered by samsung on here. Finally contacted Samsung and they said it doesn't. Why do you have the wrong answers here? Only reason I bought it

Okay stupid question here i am not tech savy. Is it possible to hook this up to a desktop computer?..If yes please send a link to the adapter cord required. My goal is to have this soundbar wall mounted to eliminated speakers on the desk.
