i can not get the remote to turn up or down the volumn but it will mute and do everything else

Hello beck,

For the HW-B650 Soundbar remote, the volume button is like a joystick where you will need to push or rock the button forwards or backwards. If you PRESS IN on the button then it will mute and unmute the soundbar/TV.

Can the ice bins in the freezer be removed for extra storage space or can you turn off the ice maker and use the ice bins for storage?

We understand your question about the ice maker and whether it can be turned off and if the space for the ice maker can be used for something other than ice.

You can turn the Ice Maker on or off. Head over to the control panel located inside the fridge on the right side. Press the ice maker button until the "cubed ice on" and "ice bites on" indicators are turned off.

It is recommended to not put food in the ice bucket. Frozen food may damage the ice maker, especially when you open or close the door.

The ice buckets can be removed for extra storage while the ice maker is disabled/turned off.
