Does this soundbar have a night mode which lowers the bass and makes voice clearer? Can you set up custom audio profiles to easily switch to?

The HW-Q750B Soundbar does have the ability to switch to night mode. You will use the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote.

There are not custom audio profiles available on any Samsung Soundbars.

How good is the clarity of dialog. I have a hard time following the dialog because sometimes the music over shadows voices .

The HW-Q750B Soundbar has a dedicated center channel for all of the dialogue. You will also have the ability to adjust this channel using your soundbar remote between -6 to +6 increasing the overall dialogue even more.

What is the difference between this and the q800B + the 9500 rear speakers? Are they the same?

When using the HW-Q800B Soundbar with the SWA-9500S Wireless Rear Speakers you will have a total of 7.1.4 channels.

The HW-Q930B Soundbar features 9.1.4 channels as the soundbar itself has an additional two side firing speakers for added surround sound. The rear speakers on the HW-Q930B Soundbar have also been re-designed to have a better look in 2022.

Hi. Does the subwoofer accept screw in feet for subwoofer isolation feet? If not does anybody have any recommendations on what type of isolation pad/feet i should use? I live in tiny apartment and i don't want to upset my neighbors. Thanks.

The subwoofer on the HW-Q800B Soundbar does not feature the ability to use subwoofer isolation feet. I would suggest contacting your local Geek Squad to see what types of solutions they may have as they do installs in a variety of homes.

The sound bar and sub woofer have sound but the back speakers do not. What might I do to rectify this issue? I have my Blu Ray player connected to the tv with an HDMI cable and the TV connected to the sound bar with an optical cable.

Hello jimr,

The subwoofer may not be paired with your HW-Q750B Soundbar. If the LED light is RED then it's not paired, if it is flashing BLUE then the pairing process was not completed, if it is a solid BLUE then it is paired.
Follow these instructions on how to pair the subwoofer.

1. Turn off the Soundbar main.
2. Press and hold ID SET on the rear of the subwoofer for at least 5 seconds.
• The red indicator on the rear of the subwoofer turns off and the blue indicator blinks.
3. Press the Up button on the remote control for 5 seconds.
• The ID SET message appears on the display of the Soundbar for a moment, and then it disappears.
• The Soundbar will automatically power on when ID SET is complete.
4. Check if the LINK LED is solid blue (connection complete).

are the back speakers connect to the hub with wires, seem silly when it said it wireless

The rear speakers of the HW-Q750B Soundbar do connect to a wireless transmitter and it is fully wireless to your soundbar. You will not have wires running from your soundbar to your rear speakers.
