This is the newest version of the PRO Endurance and the card with the model number MB-MJ32GA/AM is a previous iteration. This card meets additional speed classes as set by the SD Association - U1, V10, Class 10 - while the previous iteration was only a Class 10 card.

Can you turn off the video while still maintaining the audio output, meaning turn off the picture and keep the sound for sleeping purposes?

Yes, you can do this by going to Settings> General> Accessibility> Picture Off. Press any key (except Volume and Power) to turn the screen back on.

Do it have the option of reducing the distance between the legs? that are less than 50" between one leg and the other? That is, holes closest to each other where to put the legs?

Can you easily Mirror your Apple Devices with out an App. I believe Samsung is the only true compatible device without any extra steps ?
