Hello, We don't use much ice regularly. Can we turn off the ice maker and use the drawer for freezer space most of the time? Alternatively, can we turn off the mini-cubes so we can use half of the ice drawer for ice, and the other half for food?

We understand your question about the ice maker and whether it can be turned off and if the space for the ice maker can be used for something other than ice.

You can turn the Ice Maker on or off. Head over to the control panel located inside the fridge on the right side. Press the ice maker button until the cubed ice on and ice bites on indicator are turned off.

You may also just select cubed ice instead of ice bites so one compartment of the ice bucket can be utilized for ice and the other for food.

As a general rule, if the light indicators for Cubed Ice On and Ice Bites On are lit, they are in operation.

Does this model have xbox gamepass built in like the other 2022 models?

The Xbox App, which is available through the Samsung Gaming Hub, is not available on the TU690T TV. It is available on the QN900B, QN800B, QN95B, QN90B, and the Q60B series TVs.

Does this TV support optical sound output? Specifically Sony HT-350 . If not how can i connect it to the tv? can I control the sound bar volume and subwoofer setting with the tv remote? Internal Cash and memory of this TV? What are the outputs ?

Yes, you can connect an external soundbar via digital optical audio input or HDMI.

You can control your soundbar and subwoofer with the Samsung TV remote by connecting the soundbar via HDMI and Anynet+. With Anynet+, you can control external devices connected to your TV with HDMI using your TV remote. To turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).

The outputs available on the TU690T: 2 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, 1 digital optical audio input, 1 ethernet port, 1 RF antenna input, and is both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled.

Yes, you can purchase the TV and pick it up at a nearby store. Go to the right side of the main page for the TU690T; after you choose your Series and Screen Size Class, scroll down until you see "Delivery in X days," and then select "See All Pickup Locations" to change your store.

Will Google assistant answer if TV is off?

FJ - When using Google Assistant on your Q60B, please know your TV needs to be connected to the Internet to receive voice commands. When it's powered off, the Internet disconnects, and your TV will not be able to receive commands. To turn on your TV with Google Assistant, you will need a standalone Google Home device. From there, you will need to ensure:
1. Your Q60B is added to the SmartThings app, which can be downloaded on your Smartphone.
2. Your Google Home device is connected to the Internet.
3. The SmartThings Skill is enabled within the Google Home app.

Yes, The Roku Channel app can be downloaded directly from the Q60B TV's built-in App Store.
