Will this TV mirror to a Bespoke Samsung refrigerator with Family Hub?

When I go to Newsmax there are commercials before Newsmax comes up. The tv goes black screen and takes approximately 16 seconds to start play. When connecting to internet black for several minutes. Is this normal?
