If Available is it really a 120 refresh rate tv? This could be good gaming tv if it's 120 Hz for this price. Normally the refresh rate is half of the motion enhancement rate on TVs

Why does this TV say its 58in when all of its dims are smaller/similar to a 55in tv? See comps(WxH w/Diagonal Dim)- Samsung-58in Class 6 Series: 33.5inx29.5in w/44in Sony-55in Class X85K: 48inx28in w/56in Samsung-55in Class Q70A: 48inx27in w/55in

What is the refresh rate? As per the specs the refresh rate is 120 hz so please confirm as I made the payment to Best Buy today because of this major change from 60 to 120, Is this 2022 model as the series is 6?

Are the out of box product dimensions really 33.5”x29.5”? So the screen is only 4” more horizontal than vertical, making it almost square? Seems a bit odd, didn’t realize that at first when I was originally looking at this.

Do you still have to have cable access, I want to cut the cable. And I see the multiple apps on there like Netflix, HBO, etc. Do they all require a paid subscription. And does it have the regular channels without cable or antenna? Thanks

The Samsung AU8000 has Samsung TV Plus which offers hundreds of free channels of news, sports, movies, and much more which is available to you at no cost.

It also has a built-in app store where you can choose from hundreds of apps to download. The apps do require a login and may require a subscription to their service.

To access local channels you will need an HD antenna.
