MX T40 2ch Sound Tower with High Power Audio

Give your sound a boost

i just bought 2 of these but when i connect them through bluetooth to my Blueray player the sound is very low and will not turn up.. do you have any suggestions

Hi Mark,

When you have multiple Sound Tower's connected together try changing the volume settings on the main unit, the first one connected. With and without the remote, if you are still experiencing issues then I would suggest to download the Giga Party App which gives you access to more controls for the MX-T40.

If you are still experiencing issues with the Sound Towers, please contact Samsung Support for additional trouble shooting.

Does this model feature the Microsoft App Cloud Gaming App?

The Xbox App, which is available through the Samsung Gaming Hub, is not available on the AU8000 TV. It is available on the QN900B, QN800B, QN95B, QN90B, and the Q60B series TVs.

I understood the mounts that come with the TV will allow it to be installed ABSOLUTELY flush to the wall. The salesman indicated that for this to happen I also need to purchase a "back box" that requires drywall removal. Correct ?
