Hi Anthony! The speakers included with the HW-Q950A are exclusive to this model and cannot be purchased separate. The SWA-9500S is not the same rear speaker kit included with the HW-Q950A soundbar. The rear speakers included with this model feature front, side, and top firing audio whereas the SWA-9500S only supports front and top. The HW-Q950A is only compatible with one set of rear speakers at a time and will not connect to the SWA-9500S.

Hi! First, check the connections of the subwoofer and rear speakers to ensure they are properly paired with the soundbar. You should see a solid blue light on the back of each unit when the soundbar is turned on meaning the connection has been made. If the light is flashing blue, or red, you will need to re pair the soundbar or rear speakers. If the light is solid blue and you are not hearing sound from the rear speakers, the sound may not be formatted for surround sound. Changing the sound mode of the sound bar to Surround may improve your experience with the audio. Hi Max! Many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears.
