Does this TV, TU6985 come with wireless router connected WiFi connection? If that is in the specs, sorry I missed it and I have to ask this question. I'm sold on this device if so. My 58" Samsung plasma is TV is still going strong after 11 yrs. Samsung #1

Hi Scottz! The TU6985 features the ability to connect to an available internet network via WiFi, or by using an Ethernet cable connected to the TVs LAN port. Once connected, you can access a wide range of available streaming applications and other internet enabled Smart Features.

Can we download apps other than preloaded apps? If yes how we do that?

Hi sree! Yes, Samsung offers hundreds of apps in our App Store that you can download, and we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. To access the App Store, press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu. If the app you are looking for isn't listed on the Home menu, use the directional pad to navigate to and select APPS. From here, you can select the app you want.

We have dish network and am wondering if the dish remote can be set to control the tv, I.e. power off and on

what is the difference in this tv Samsung - 70" Class 6 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV Model: UN70NU6900FXZA and the Samsung - 70” Class TU6985 4K Crystal UHD Smart Tizen TV Model: UN70TU6985FXZA

Hi! The NU6900 is a multiple year old model, no longer available for purchase from Best Buy. The TU6985 was released in 2021, featuring improved processing with the Crystal Processor 4K and additional smart features with improved app support.
