Hi Shah! This HW-A550 soundbar system is designed for use in the US and only offers full support for 110-120V.

what are the dimensions of the sound bar, also the weight of it?

Hi MikeF! Here are the dimensions of the HW-A650: (W x H x D) 38.6" x 2.3" x 4.1". The soundbar weighs 6.8lbs and the subwoofer weighs 12.8lbs.

Hi Golf! The subwoofer included with the HW-A650 includes a power cable that will need to be connected to a nearby outlet. Once powered, the subwoofer will automatically wirelessly connect to the soundbar. This gives you the ability to place the subwoofer in a variety of locations throughout the room.

How do you open the battery compartment of the remote? I've tried and it is so difficult.

Hi dhphilly! I am very sorry for the issue you experienced in opening the battery cover on your remote. To remove the cover, push the rear cover open in the direction of the arrow at the bottom of the remote control. Grab the remote control with two hands,Then, push it forward with your thumbs.
