Can I get ACORNTV app with this model? I had another Samsung that made it very difficult to install this.

We are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. Hello, bought the tv and now I try to download apps but it starts, the app display stays at 0 and then it goes back into “instal or download”. Have my Samsung Account connected to the tv but still no new apps are bought. Thank You.
