Right out of the box, the remote will only turn the power on. When prompted to choose between phone or remote to begin the setup process the remote won’t allow you to make a choice.

Hi Savman! If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
Please also check the remaining battery of your remote by going to: Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery. ^Gina

This TV comes with a solar and a USB-C charge port. When I plug it in to charge, how can I tell when it's fully charged?

Hi ATTstreamer - You can check the remaining battery on your remote on your TV by going to: Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery. Please also keep in mind the USB-C charging cable is not included with the Solar Cell remote. ^Gina

It has been another month since you said the in wall cable was unavailable but coming soon. This TV has been on the market for over 4 months now, when is this accessory coming? What about longer length one connect cables? Will the 2020 cables work?

nebu - The QN900A comes with a 2.5 meter One Connect cable and a 0.3 meter to use when you attach the Slim One Connect Box to the back of the TV. Cables for the 2020 model One Connect Box are not compatible. A longer version is not available currently. ^Gina

I’m torn between this tv and last year’s model the TU7000. The specs look almost identical with the exception of an additional hdmi port and an upgraded remote. Is this worth the extra $150 for the upgrade?
