Hi - You can download and print the Q60T TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60T TV under "4K QLED TVs > T Model Lineup" and download and print the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual. ^Gina

Mounting of the base will only allow three screws to go in. Fourth one does not line up. Mounting per instructions with tv upright. Can I lay tv down to mount base?

What is the internal memory of this unit? I currently have a Samsung smart tv that is out of internal memory and is not expandable. I don't want to buy this unit if the memory is minimal and not expandable.

Patrick - To locate the storage amount available to be used for Apps please follow these steps: Home > Apps > Settings. In the upper right hand corner you should see how much storage you have used and what is available to be used. ^Gina

There is a dark shadow on the screen you can only see at certain times. Any ideas of what this could be? Should I return it?

I'll be installing the television in an open cabinet with the back open to ventilation and about 15 inches above the top of the TV for cooling. However, there would only be about 1 inch on either side of the TV. Is that a problem?

Hi DonH- When installing your TV, please maintain a distance of at least 4 inches between the TV and other objects (walls, cabinet sides, etc.) to ensure proper ventilation. Failing to maintain proper ventilation may result in a fire or a problem with the product caused by an increase in its internal temperature. ^Gina
