I see mixed comments for down loading apps , is this an on going problem with the last generation , of this tv , the price seems cheap ,

Hi, the AU8000 will only connect to one Bluetooth audio device at a time. The AU8000 features Multi Output Audio allowing you to utilize a Bluetooth audio device and the TV speakers at the same time. The volume for each device can be adjusted individually. ^Tim

Can I get a picture of the mounting bracket specs on the back of the TV?

Hi Rosie, the 55" AU8000 features a VESA mounting pattern of 200 x 200. You will need 4 M8 screws, 11-13mm in length, 1.25mm pitch. You can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under "Crystal UHD TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. ^Tim

Does this TV have a non reflective screen? Also, our seating area is 9’ from one side and 13’ from the other side. This will be mounted above our fireplace. Will we have viewing issues with the pixels being distorted?

For optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.
