We purchased this tv today and mounted it on the wall. Plugged it in and turned it on- a loud humming sound started. No devices connected, checked power connection, tinkered with settings. Nothing fixes it. Anybody else have this issue?

Does this tv use the same wall mount as the older Samsung Un65mu6070 model? I’m replacing my old one but would like to use the old wall mount.

Hi Paddy46304, Samsung TVs are VESA Compliant and work with any wall mount or stand that is also VESA Compliant and designed for the TV's size. The 2020 65" TU7000 requires a VESA bolt pattern of 400 mm x 300 mm. Please check the VESA bolt pattern of your older model. It may be 400 mm x 400 mm. ^Val
