with heavy dust, high or low temperatures, high humidity, etc. The operating temperature is between 50 degrees F - 104 degrees F. Operating humidity is between 10% - 80%. Storage temperature ranges between -4 degrees F to 103 degrees F. Outside conditions falling outside these ranges may lead to serious damage to your TV. ^Val

Does anyone know for sure if this phone will work as a hotspot? The specs say no however I have found other information including on Verizon's website that show that it will work as a hotspot.
