I just purchased these speakers and I have a HW-T650 soundbar. I can’t connect them. Is it not compatible?

Hi Roberto! The SWA-9500S is compatible with select 2021 Q Series soundbars and will not connect to the HW-T650 soundbar. ^Tim

Where is the power source located on the back of the soundbar? We want to place a recessed outlet in the correct place on our wall, but I cannot find a photo of the back of the soundbar.

Hi Noodles! If you are facing the front of the soundbar, the connection for the power cable is located towards the middle of the soundbar, offset to the left, with the inputs towards the middle of the soundbar, offset to the right. ^Tim

I have a Samsung UN 50 TU8000 FXZA TV. model 2020 Can I control this sound bar volume using my TV remote? Can I leave it on constantly and use it as the main audio source for my TV?

Can the rear speakers be used as full sound, or if surround sound is turned off will they simply not work?

Hi Pikka! The sound played through the rear speakers is determined by the signal coming in. If the signal is a stereo audio signal, only the front soundbar speakers will produce sound. If the signal is surround or 5.1, then the rear speakers will produce sound. You can choose to simulate the surround on a stereo signal by changing the sound mode. ^Tim

Can I play music through the soundbar using Apple Airplay 2 while watching TV at the same? Worth noting that our TV is a Samsung Q90. When entertaining, we like to play music while having a game on TV muted. I need the capability of both simultaneously.

Hi ErinT! Playing audio from your Airplay 2 device will not interrupt the image on your TV. You will be able to play audio from your Airplay 2 device and leave the TV audio muted. You will not be able to play both Airplay 2 audio and TV audio through the soundbar at the same time. ^Tim

I want to mount this above my television on a full motion mount. I'm wondering that the result would be if I mounted the soundbar such that the intended top is actually facing the viewer, and the intended front would be facing the ceiling. Thanks.

Hi! For optimal sound performance you will want to ensure the front of the soundbar is facing where you will be seated, with nothing blocking the speakers on top.
