I do not see the option to add the install. Is it available on this tv? We are seniors and unable to install mount, hang tv, and do the hookups.

Is it correct that the depth of tv (from front of tv to the deepest point on the back is 2.5 inches? )Seems too good to be true. Thank you

I'm having massive lip sync issues when using this TV with a new Samsung Sound bar. The Bar does have a sync adjustment but it's really clunky and not at all intuitive. The issues are pervasive from all sources- what's the fix?

Hi sksj, our 2020 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through. ^Val
