On this listing it states that this Q60T has a refresh rate of 60hz however on the Samsung website, the exact same tv is stated to have a motion rate of 120hz. Which one is it?

I have a VESA compliant mounting system. The holes in the back of of the tv are thread less. YouTube has a video where a person puts adapters/spacers in the holes, then the screws. How do I get those? Or should I just return the tv?

Hi, the spacers used in the holes are to offset the curve on the back of the TV. Make sure you are using the proper spacers in the proper holes, the top and bottom are often different sizes. We love this new tv!! We use Xfinity for our cable/internet. But why can I not access our Amazon Prime or Netflix when using the NEW remote? Still having trouble navigating through all the new features, but need some help to find what we already pay for.

Why is this tv more expensive then the Samsung crystal UHD 7 series? The Crystal UHD 7 series has direct back lightning, while this tv ( QLED) only has edge back lighting?

Hi Laurie, back lighting gets tricky, but lets give this a shot. Every lighting system has its plusses and minuses. Full array local dimming is the super-premium standard which starts with the Q80T. Edge lighting is usually next as it will give your TV a slimmer profile with plenty of brightness if proper light guides are used. Direct lit TV's are larger (thicker) and generally don't have the ability to dim sections of the screen. So if there is a picture of a moon in the middle of the screen the entire backlight has to be lit to the same intensity of the center of the screen. This technology is generally used in more affordable models in most lineups. I hope this helps. Thanks, ^Scott

How can you watch Blaze TV from this model? Do you need a fire stick?
