Bought the 50 in model not realizing its 60 hz refresh rate. When will you restock the 55 in model in Illinois? Can I return and pay the difference now to guarantee my price?

Hi, Your best bet is to reach out to your Best Buy directly. Here is their store locator: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/store-locator?ref=212&loc=BM01&gclid=Cj0KCQiAtqL-BRC0ARIsAF4K3WHqh0Pa5oUuT_M71egsls0MgjJ6Ztt8MUrXS_zn1UBIFDPHPugK4yIaAsEpEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds. Thanks, ^Scott

are the stands on samsung tvs adjustable . I cant use the wide stance legs on many samsung models.

Hi Rudy, good news, the Q80T comes with a pedestal, no legs to deal with. If you have any space constraints, the pedestal is 15.4" wide. Cheers, ^Scott

If I don't have a gaming system, should I use HDMI 4 for my satellite dish? Will it help with the picture w/ a HDMI 2.1 cable, or does it not matter?

Hi SonicsFan10, HDMI 2.1 is a pretty advanced standard. It is unlikely your satellite dish will have an HDMI 2.1 port so you can likely use a standard 2.0 HDMI cable with no trouble for the time being. Thanks, ^Scott

Does this tv have internet connection?

Hi Nick, It sure does, it also has a web browser built in out of the box. Just hook it up through ethernet or WiFi and you'll be off to the races. Thanks, ^Scott

Samsung - 50" Class Q80T. Is the refresh rate of her image 60 Hz or 120 Hz? and it has HDMI 2.1 output ?

Hi Felippe, While most Q80T's have a 240 motion rate, the 50" version has a 120 motion rateas smaller TV's don't typically need the higher refresh rate due to a higher pixel density. With HDMI 2.1 being such a complex topic, we feel it is clearer to highlight the specific features supported by each TV model.
The 49” or 50” Q80T has 4 HDMI ports, all of which support Auto Low Latency Mode (Auto Game Mode). The “HDMI In 3” port further supports eARC.

If you are looking for a TV capable of 4K@120fps (FRL), please consider a step up to the 55" Q80T, which supports FRL on HDMI 4.
All Samsung 2020 model year QLED TVs 55” and larger starting from the Q70T Series are capable of 4K@120fps, as well as FreeSync, and VRR.
If we can help answer any other questions, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG. Thanks, ^Scott

will this work with a bluetooth headset? Is the motion rate 240? Can i use it with websites? A friend has one used for a real estate course and watches the classes from the website on his t.v.

Hi Saunde, The Q80T works great with a Bluetooth headset, just follow these easy steps: Put the speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode and make sure it is discoverable. See the product's user manual for how to do this if needed. Navigate to the Bluetooth audio device list on your TV and select the deviceto pair with: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. While most Q80T's have a 240 motion rate, the 50" version has a 120 motion rate. Thanks, ^Scott

Does the Samsung 75" class Q809t Series LED 4k UHD Smart Tizen TV com with a manual? How do you calibrate this tv got remove juddering?

Hi Annie, the full manual is available to download anytime on the Samsung website. You can adjust motion settings by clicking on -Home -Picture -Picture Clarity -Judder Reduction. Judder changes dramatically depending on frame rate, so you might want to consider different setings for TV watching than, say, Movie viewing. I hope this helps, ^Scott

Is this model also known as The Frame TV? If not what is the 65” Frame TV model number and specs and price? Thanks and God Bless....

Hi RockyTopAlan, The Q90T is different than The Frame. If you are solely interested in picture quality, go with the Q90T. If you would prefer a piece of art on your wall which turns into a TV when you are ready, go with The Frame. My q90t says hbomax is unsupported , update to newest version. How do I do that, I click on hbomax but it just stays on the unsupported notice. My other Samsung tv updated when i clicked on hbomax I have been watching hbomax on my q90t but now I can't .

Hi Bill, if apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV (Home > Settings > Support > Software Update). If your TV is up to date, try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV. With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. This should only take about 5 seconds. With the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. If the issue persists, please reach out to Samsung TV Support at: ― Phone: 1-800-SAMSUNG / Available 8 AM - 9 PM EST, Mon - Fri ― LiveChat or Email: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/#contact_us_for_support We look forward to hearing from you. ^Scott
