Hi Gray! This model has an internal water reservoir that holds about a quart of water, or approximately 2 - 4 glasses. Once the water in the reservoir has cooled, the water dispensed will be around the temperature of the inside of the refrigerator. Also, during the summer months, water enters the fridge at a higher temperature. This increases the time it takes to cool down, and could result in slightly warmer water. ^Jecca.
