Model ME19R7041FS. Micro wave is locked with the word "Filter" showing. Does this mean I need to change or clean the charcoal filters? Is it possible to bypass this for now?

I'm happy to help with this! You are correct, the filter indicator light is there to let you know it is time to change or clean the filter. You can bypass this message by pressing the "0" button and entering the options menu. I'd also like to provide this link (https://bit.ly/34GuRcI) to the user manual for this model. Page 22 has steps on how to change or replace the filters. You also mentioned that your microwave is locked. This is likely not caused by the filter, but instead caused by the child lock feature. To enable/disable the child lock, press and hold the "Kitchen Timer" button for about 3 seconds. ^Jecca

I have had this for a week now. I couldn't get it connected to my app but my son got it on his. My question is, why can't I control the temp settings from the fridge control panel? it only shows the temp but won't let me change it

I'm happy to help with this, CatL! Changing the temperature should be as easy as tapping the "Fridge" or "Freezer" button until the desired temperature is displayed. One thing to note is that once the temperature is set, the display will return to showing the current temperature until the set temperature is reached. Another reason you may be having difficulty is if the control lock is engaged. You can determine this by locating the lock icon just above the "Door Alarm" button. If this icon is lit up, the control panel is locked, and you will need to press and hold "Door Alarm" for about 3 seconds. You should hear a chime and the lock icon will turn off indicating the control panel is now unlocked.
