How do I download Apps that are not in the Market Place or anywhere on my Samsung Q70T? Such as Philo and TVISION

I just purchased this TV as it is listed with having 120Hz capability. When I go into my Xbox settings it says this TV set up does not support 4k UHD @ 120Hz.... is that correct, or does this TV actually support that?

Does this have only one port that supports 2.1 hdmi? Looking for a gaming tv. Will this tv work for the Xbox series x which utilizes a 2.1 hdmi?
