How can I use more external HDMI devices? I have a surround sound which uses ARC connection, I have a cable box, and would like to connect my playstation without having to remove the hdmi cable from system to system. Is there a way to add extra ports?

We just set up the 7 series crystal under. The sound does not get loud until you hit 45 to fifty on volume. My old 6 series was loud at 20. This 1 sounds like they are talking in a box. How can this be fixed. Do I need to return the tv

Is Disney+ preloaded on this model? If not how do I use Disney+?

Hi brnt! Disney+ is available on the TU7000 but is not preloaded. To add additional applications, press the "HOME" button on your remote. Navigate to and select "APPS". Once the app store is loaded, you can select the magnifing glass to access the search feature, or browse the popular apps and different categories from the home page.
