I purchased this item today and while watching Netflix, there has been constant freezing of the image. I can only unplug it to resolve it. What can I do?

Hi Detectdiaz, if apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV (Home > Settings > Support > Software Update). If your TV is up to date, try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV. With the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and on again. This should only take about 5 seconds. With the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. How is t he sound quality????

Hi Hopbo, the sound quality is good. Though we should keep in mind as TV's get thinner, so do the speakers. As speakers get thinner, they don't have as much physical size to move the air or create the vibration we hear as sound. If you are concerned about sound quality, I would suggest a 3.1 channel soundbar with subwoofer. Hi AZ, Samsung TV’s do have access to the HBO Max app. While it is not built into the TV right out of the box, all you will need to do is click on the Home button, push left until you see the Apps prompt then click and search for the new app. Easy enough right? Cheers! ^Scott

I recently purchased a less expensive brand that displays my local TV channels in a maximum of 1080i. Will the TU7000 TV display over-the-air broadcasts sourced from my TV antenna in at least 1080p?
