How to program TV volume control to function when using DirecTV Genie remote connected through Yamaha HTR-3067. It's the only function that doesn't work. Have to use Yamaha remote for volume control! HELP!! (model #QN55Q60TAFXZA)

How far are the mounting points (threaded screw holes) from the top of an 85 inch Samsung Q60T tv? I am assuming they are centered from left to right but not necessarily from top to bottom?! Steve

Can I listen to a Bluetooth speaker and the tv speakers at the same time?

Hi! Yes, you can use both TV and Bluetooth device audio simultaneously on the Q60T. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your Q60T remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair.

I unboxed this Q70t yesterday and I did not see a screen film that you would normally remove after removing the left & right sticky foam. Was it supposed to have a screen film? I see that the Q80t & Q90t both come with a screen film one must remove.

If there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film. If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen. ^Tim

I unboxed this Q70t yesterday and I noticed that after removing the two sticky tabs on both the left and right side of the screen that there was no screen film to remove on the tv itself. On youtube I see that the q80t & q90t had a screen film.
