We're buying the Samsung-50" 8 LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. We want to order a 5Rcom Universal Swivel Tabletop TV Stand but manufacturer says we need to be sure TV has 4 mounting holes on the back of screen. Does this TV have 4 mounting holes?

My DVD player won't work with this TV. Is a Blue Ray DVD player all that will work with this TV?

How can I hook up my headphones?
