Unable to connect this sound bar with Samsung SWA-500 woofer. Followed steps and will not pair. Was told it was compatible at the store

Bought this Samsung - HW-S40T 2.0ch All-in-One Soundbar with Music Mode (2020), then decided to add the woofer SWA-500. Trying to pair the soundbar with the woofer and unable to. I followed the steps and it is not pairing. Is it compatible?
