A 2020 HW-Q70T soundbar connected to a 2020 Q90T (55" or greater) TV set should be Q-Symphony enabled, or at least supported. My 2020 soundbar connected to a 2020 TV set, via Samsung supplied eARC cable, has no Q-Symphony mode. Why Not?

4K high definition? How come my TV does not have anywhere near as much high definition as the store models on display? I have cable , and also over the air broadcast, and also stream some services. 1080p TV has more up close definiton

Hi rich! 4K UHD resolution will largely depend on the content you are watching, and where you are watching it from. When watching cable or OTA broadcasts, some programs may be recorded in lower resolutions such as 1080p or 720p. Some streaming services such as Netflix offer select 4K programs as well. The TU8000 also includes 4 different Picture Modes, so you can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience.• Dynamic makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. • Standard is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. • Natural reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. • Movie is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. I just purchased the Q70T and was wondering if I could connect a larger subwoofer than what this model comes with? This setup is replacing my old setup that had a 12" sub which sounded great when watching movies. I'm looking for something larger. TY

Is this aux compatible or just optical / HDMI? My TV only has HDMI and Aux connections, am not finding Optimal.

Hi Dylan! The HW-Q60T does not feature an auxiliary or 3.5mm connection. For optimal audio quality it is recommended to use HDMI ARC technology when connecting to a TV that supports it. ^Tim
