Samsung - 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Filtered Ice Maker

Keep your groceries fresher by chilling or freezing them faster with this Samsung refrigerator. The Power Cool and Power Freeze options allow you to conveniently lower the temperature in the fridge or freezer within minutes.

We own this fridge and it works great, my issue is everything molds rather quickly inside and the freezer seems to freezer burn everything. Is there settings or something we should do for maintenance? Thank you josh

We have a samsung double oven model # NE59J7850WG/AA When using either oven it pre heats fine then when cooking about 10 to 15 minutes all power shuts off to the range after it sets for a little while to cool down power kicks back on & you can reset oven
