Does the tv come with a wall mount and does it come with the black bezel? or are those something I have to separately purchase?

Does "The Frame Series" in art mode keep the backlight on? In a darkened room is it obviously a digital picture frame, or does it use some kind of e-Ink solution so that it actually looks like a printed piece of art?
