Hi! Some of our TVs do come with film protectors, while some may not. if there is a film on your TV, you will see a blue tab in the upper left hand corner. ^Tim

How do we get Alexa from this TV?

Hi Maro! The TU7000 will work with your existing Alexa voice speakers at home, but does not feature the built-in Alexa control. I suggest looking at model TU8000 for improved smart features, including the ability to utilize the voice remote to access Bixby, Alexa, or Google without the need for additional equipment. ^Tim

I see are specific requirements to play Disney movies such as Hamilton. Only certain ones will be able to convert and or play them. Is this one of them or is something else needed?

Can you download apps or do you have to stream them from a phone or device if the app doesn't exist on the TV?
