Hi JRJR - I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your TV. First recommendation would be to make sure your TV has the latest firmware. Menu - Support. Also, have you changed the Picture settings. You have Dynamic, Standard, Natural and Movie Mode choices. If you haven't tried these, see if they work for you.
