Does this auto-detect workout or does it have the menu to select from several workouts? Like how the galaxy active watches are? (I have the active and gear 2, so want to make sure its a similar function with this one – buying for a gift)

Can this be paired with multiple phones? I'm thinking about getting this for my 8-year old, who has a pixel and I have an iphone. I wonder if the device can be paired with both our phones.

If not on Bluetooth, will this tracker try to sync with my smart phone. It would be used by my husband who doe not have any knowledge of smartphones, etc. I don't want his to try to sync to mine. Thanks, Lin
