Does this TV have eARC or just ARC?

Hi Preston, The TV has eARC, though keep in mind it will only meet certain standards. For example, this is a 4K TV, as such it cannot display an 8K image, etc. Thanks! ^Scott

Is this hdmi 2.1 compatible and is it 120 hz?

Hi Peanut, This TV has an HDMI 2.1 port, though it will only display images to its native capability. For example, it cannot display an 8K image (an HDMI 2.1 standard) as it doesn't have an 8K panel. It also will not show 120Hz at any resolution as it is a 60Hz TV. Hope this helps! -Scott

When Streaming, let's say, netflix directly off of the TV does the picture still come in true 4k?

Hi Chris, It sure does. As a matter of fact many streaming services will tell you what resolution is being transmitted from the landing or pause screens (UHD=4K, HD=1080p, etc). Great question! ^Scott

Hi, strange question, does it 'boot' right up when you turn it on? We had a ROKU Samsung a few years back and we would get a Loading message for a good minute or two before the menu would come up. Other than that, we loved the tv.
