Regarding the Smart Remote. Is it possible to back up a few frames or rewind a show? If so how is that done on the remote? Thanks!

Hi LuLusMom, Pausing and rewinding are easy with the One Remote, just hit pause then fast forward or rewind. Though how fast you rewind, etc. is going to be a bit different between content providers. ^Scott

Ok Experts, I need more advice please. I read that Filmmaker mode is supposed to remove the “Soap Opera Effect,” however Filmmaker mode seems dark. What is best for watching football, what is best for watching movies on this model? Thanks very much!

Hi LuLusMom, If that is too dark for you, try changing the picture settings to dynamic or natural. I usually change the AutoMotion plus settings to custom for Football, as it looks best to me, but to each their own. Part of the beauty of having a TV this advanced is you can dial it in just the way you like it. ^Scott
