Jim, you will need WiFi to be able to use the Smart Features of this TV (Built-in apps, streaming services, etc). You can connect wirelessly or with an Ethernet cable. If you want a specific channel or Cable package, you will need to look into Cable/TV Providers. If you want to take advantage of built-in streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, Prime Video, etc), you will need WiFi to download and stream these apps from your TV's built-in App Store. ^Gina

Hey Bords - The 85TU8000 does not support The Q-Symphony Audio . The Q80T and above televisions can utilize Q-Symphony with Q series sound bars. ^Jason

1) Currently I use Roku to get online. Will I still need this if a tv is too far from a router to get internet or is all wireless? 2) Do I need a separate antenna for antenna TV?

The max volume on the TU7000 is 100. Try removing the batteries, putting them back in, then take the remote and hold it close to the bottom middle side of the screen and hold the “back” arrow buttons and “pause/play” at the same time until the TV says it is connecting the remote. ^Gina
