I have the Samsung - 75" 7 Series - 4K UHD TV - Smart - LED - with HDR How do I make sure High Definition is on?

To find out if an app is compatible with your Samsung Device, click Browse Samsung Apps on the top right of Samsung Apps homepage and select Show Apps for a Specific Device on Browse Apps column. I plugged devices into a 4K/HDR capable switcher from Roofull (PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, Switch), then out from switcher to soundbar HDMI, then out from bar to tv. I get sound but no picture. Any solution to this??? Devices in tv then ARC limits sound options.
