What size screws are needed to mount using the Rocketfish RF-TVMLPT03V2 Wall Mount? I have M8 x20MM but they do not catch. Does the TV need M8 x 25MM? Please advise on the proper screw set up. Thanks.

Does the remote control have to have a direct line of sight to the receiver, or is it infrared where it can be anywhere and still control the tv without direct interaction?
