I read one of the questions here and I found that there was auto motion plus on the tu7000 but I can’t find it in the expert settings can someone tell me where to find it?

I bought this tv and registered my amazon prime account for movies. However, I don’t get English subtitles on amazon videos. Netflix works just fine.

I bought a Samsung 55" 7 Series TV Model UN55TU7000FXZA a few weeks ago. It has been working great. However suddenly it will not launch Amazon Prime Video or my iTunes. I have unplugged it and wifi. still won't work. just goes to Samsung TV Plus channel.
