Is there a remote for the Samsung 7 Series-4K-Smart-LED-with HDR TV that includes a microphone (to talk to the TV)?

My 43” Crystal TV came with a remote which already had batteries. Had a problem, only to discover that one of the batteries had been put in wrong way around ! Also how to I adjust the color? Thank you Barbara

Hi Barbara! When adjusting the Picture Settings, you will need to press HOME on your remote. Then go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Here you can individually adjust settings such as Brightness and Contrast. The TU7000 also includes 4 different pre-set Picture Modes, so you can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience.• Dynamic makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. • Standard is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. • Natural reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. • Movie is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. ^Gina

I am looking to get a quality tv of good size that I can use as a secondary computer monitor that I can extend the display on from my laptop screen. What I need to know is can I connect to this tv via my laptop via a wireless connection.

Hi there! You can connect your laptop using the Remote Access feature on the TU7000 using a PC with WiDi capability . From the TV Smart Hub, select Source > select Remote Access. From Remote Access > select Screen Sharing. On Your PC, click the notification icon on the lower right. From the menu tiles, select Connect. Click on your TV name, usually displayed as: [TV] Samsung (Model). Your TV will now wirelessly display your PC screen! ^Gina
