I'm trying to set up the Samsung remote to use my Roku 3800X streaming stick. I've gone through the set up process of trying the arrow buttons to control the Roku screen, but it won't work. Is there a work around or is a specific model required?

Alan - The Samsung Smart TV offers a RoKu app, the Samsung remote would work with that. The actual Roku device has more menu options and requires the Roku remote to access them all. ^Cris

LazerLea- Yes, the Q90T does offer Ambient Mode - in fact it is Ambient Mode+. It includes more decor options, an improved My album, 20+ Artwork themes, 9 categories with 102+ content. ^Cris

Is this a 3-d tv or do I need a different one?

Randysway - Samsung no longer manufactures 3D TVs. The last year Samsung produced a 3D TV was in 2016. However, the picture quality of the Q90T is very realistic. ^Cris

Hi Sdk - The Q70T and up models will work with the Samsung Smart Hub refrigerator. The TV needs TV to Mobile and is not avilable on the Q60T or below. ^Cris

Does my home have to have WiFi to support a smart tv? We do not have WiFi because we live out in the country What 50-55 inch TVs do you have that is not a Smart TV?

Hi Rose - To use the Smart features you do need some type of internet access. Samsung does not make any non-smart TVs. You can still enjoy the great picture quality without accessing any smart features. ^Cris

lada, you will not be able to add Vizio rear speakers to the Samsung HW-Q60T Soundbar; however, the Samsung SWA-8500S Rear Kit is compatible with the HW-Q60T Soundbar. When I am steaming Prime videos, the picture does not go to full screen. I have a 3' black space top and bottom. Picture mode is Dynamic and the 16/9 option says it is unavailable. This happens even with 4K movies. Cable channels are fine. Am I screwed?

runt - The letterbox format is propriatory to the film maker or to the content. This is based on the app you are using and the content you are watching. If you change the format you would most likely lose part of the picture. ^Cris
